Stages Involved:
1. We first Start by Basic Engineering (preliminary engineering) by understanding Client exact requirement of basic input and output of product with their chemical composition. After we start geography and climate test. This is basic of starting the project report which help client to get the most essential document which are required for government and other environment formalities clearance. As depending on their country rules and regulation.
2. We do details/process engineering which involved the main process design of the project . This part is highly complicated and done with our only best and highly experienced process engineers. Also required highly Professional Software like PFDs, AutoCAD P&ID, Hissy etc.(*process link)
3. After all the basic and detail Engineering part we start the procurements of all major and minor equipment like Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Filmed Evaporators, Columns, Centrifuged,Cooling tower, Vacuum Chamber, Pressure Vessels and rest components etc. We are having our own manufacturing unit factory at Mumbai.(*product link)
4. At last we go for installation of all equipment. Also starring the fabrication and civil work at this stage. And start the test run of the plant and calculates all equation of the major output of end product the test run is part of last producer of our service once receiving mention specified output product. we proceed for handover process to client.
5. We also help and support the client in recruiting the engineers and technical skilled workers from india.
6. After all we provide regular service and test of running plant with our engineers on 5 year contract agreement and for further up gradation we support our clients.
