a)Basic Conceptual Engineering
It’s a Early stage of Design engineering.during this stage we analyses the client requirement and how to meet them with our process technology. Its includes designs of processes, conceptualization , feasibility study, Preparing design requirements, Commercial complexity of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) , OPEX (operation Expenditure) and ROI (Return of Investment ), strategies, etc. during this Phase we figure out the ideas and possibilities and also do rough trial schedule and cost calculation.
b)Feed Engineering
Front-end engineering is conducted after feasibility study or conceptual design.during this study we focused on the technical requirement and finding the main cost of the proposed project.the time consumption in feed engineering is higher than regular quote because its include so many things like Project Organization chart, project scope, Project timeline etc.
c)Detail engineering
It’s a key component of every project, it’s a most important part. Base on this we decide the direction of the project. During the engineering process design engineering follows the Feed and basic engineering steps for a development of the project. It includes GA Drawings and Detail Diagramme for production, piping & Instrumentation, Isometric, Technical Data Sheet, electrical facilities, vendor management, schedule of activities, procurement of equipment, Economic estimation before starting a project.
d)Process Engineering
Its focus on design, control, operation, optimization. Process engineering engaged in convert requirement of the clients into Production efficiency that converts raw material into value-added components. Design work of process engineering starts with the block diagramme its showing raw material and unit operation. In process flow diagram we specified the material flow path, storage equipment EX. Tank, Distillation columns, receiver, mixing, separation, pumping. Procurement
Once designing part done we start procurement process. Now the implement start and planning research we have done. Its a major part of the EPC project. its start with an internal and external source of production, in this process we manufactured all the items that are part of the whole plant like process equipment, components, skid supply, instrumentation, piping, storage tank, heavy, column tower, reactors, boiler etc. We have large and well-facilitated workshop in Ambernath with the latest technology, machinery, expert engineers and QA/QC team, we have high-level expertise professional team who are working in close coordination with each other, we work for our client quality satisfaction, we are using top mark raw material for the production of equipment and machinery. Installation
We have expertise in installation of the complete turnkey project on OEM basis. After the procurement, next step is installation or construction, after the manufacturing of all the necessary equipment instrument needed items on-site installation started. While installation we deliver precision equipment, alignment, and leveling. We finish our fully turnkey project on given time, we value our client time and trust. During the time of construction, we sent our professional expert for installation of full plant.
